In addition to this form a Creation Fee of £75.00 is required to secure the booking. Payment can be made here, or by Bank Transfer sort code 40-17-39 account number 41207679.
Please let Sheila know If you have a voucher as the Creation Fee will have been included in the cost.
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are provided in the interests of both the Client and the Photographer. Please read and accept them before completing your booking. (If you have any questions please contact Sheila).
Creation Fee
A Creation Fee is charged at the time of booking to secure the photographer for a time and date therefore cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation by the client. Where a change of appointment is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness) the Creation Fee will be transferred.
Vouchers
Vouchers are non-refundable.
Payment
Payment for additional images is to be made when they are ordered for the prices stated on order. Additional images are not included in the price.
Copyright
All copyright of images are owned absolutely by Sheila Constable Photography within the provision of the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988. It is contrary to this Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically, electronically or by any other means any image created as part of this contract without the express permission of Sheila Constable Photography.
Images
All image sizes are nominal. Sheila Constable Photography will provide a pleasing colour balance but the Client accepts and agrees that Sheila Constable Photography cannot guarantee exact colour matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially in man made fibres and that it is sometimes impossible to record photographically the exact colour seen by the human eye.
Retouching
Basic editing is carried out as standard, retouching, digital manipulation and artiste finishing is done at Sheila Constable’s discretion. Additional retouching, digital manipulation and artiste finishing may be requested but may be charged to the Client as an optional extra.
Reorders
All reorders shall be treated as an extension of this contract and will be charged for at Sheila Constable Photography prices prevailing at the time of reorder. Orders must be given in writing.
Licence
Sheila Constable Photography shall be granted artistic licence in relation to poses photographed and the locations used. Due to the vagaries of weather and the willingness of the subjects it may not be possible to capture all of the images requested by the client.
Children
Persons under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Limitation of Liability
Sheila Constable Photography cannot be held liable under this contract where the client is unhappy with the composition of any photographs and in the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by Sheila Constable Photography liability shall be limited to a re-shoot or full refund of all monies paid.
Cancellation
The Client may cancel this contract at any time by sending a written notice to Sheila Constable Photography but shall forfeit any monies paid.
Digital Files
Digital files purchased by the Client are for their personal use only and may not be sold or reproduced commercially without written consent from Sheila Constable Photography. No liability can be held for loss or damage to digital files after safe delivery to the Client.
Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint the Client shall notify Sheila Constable Photography in writing within 21 days of receipt of the final images.
