After the hottest day of the year to the wettest afternoon we have had for wedding photography for some time.  The heavens opened, with thunder, lightning and what seemed like one storm running into the next.  Mandy arrived with her bridesmaids and pages in a white stretch limo, umbrellas at the ready!  The interior of Wandsworth Register Office is designed in Art Deco style with a grand marble staircase which because of the weather had to be the main backdrop for the majority of their photos.  Mandy and Joe were married in the Grand Chamber, a very impressive room in front of two hundred guests.  As they were about to leave, the rain stopped and the sun came out so we were able to grab a few photos in the courtyard before they headed off for their reception cruise along the Thames.
