In addition to this form a Booking Fee of £100.00 is required to secure the date. Payment can be made here, by BACS sort code 40-17-39 account number 41207679 or by cheque made payable to Sheila Constable.

We like to meet with you before your wedding, however if this is not possible (e.g. distance) we may be able to arrange a video call.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are provided in the interests of both the Client and the Photographer.  Please read and accept them before completing your booking. (If you have any questions please contact Sheila).

Booking Fee

A booking fee of £100.00 is charged at the time of booking to secure the photographer for a time and date therefore cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation by the client.  The booking fee is deducted from the total price.

Payment

Following payment of the Booking Fee the remaining balance is due to be paid two weeks before the wedding day. Payment for additional images is to be made when they are ordered for the prices stated on order. Additional images are not included in the price.

Display

The Client allows Sheila Constable Photography to display any images included in this contract in their studio, portfolios, literature, wedding exhibitions, competitions, advertising and on their website.  No use of the images will be made by Sheila Constable Photography for other commercial reason except with the written permission of the client.

Copyright

All copyright of images are owned absolutely by Sheila Constable Photography within the provision of the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988.  It is contrary to this Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically, electronically or by any other means any image created as part of this contract without the express permission of Sheila Constable Photography.

The Photographer

In the case of unforeseen circumstances the main photographer originally specified will be substituted by another experienced professional wedding photographer.

Images

All image sizes are nominal.  Sheila Constable Photography will provide a pleasing colour balance but the Client accepts and agrees that Sheila Constable Photography cannot guarantee exact colour matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially in man made fibres and that it is sometimes impossible to record photographically the exact colour seen by the human eye.

Retouching

Basic editing is carried out as standard, retouching, digital manipulation and artiste finishing is done at Sheila Constable’s discretion. Additional retouching, digital manipulation and artiste finishing may be requested but may be charged to the Client as an optional extra.

Reorders

All reorders shall be treated as an extension of this contract and will be charged for at Sheila Constable Photography prices prevailing at the time of reorder. Orders must be given in writing.

Licence

Sheila Constable Photography shall be granted artistic licence in relation to poses photographed and the locations used.  Due to the vagaries of weather and the willingness of the subjects it may not be possible to capture all of the images requested by the client.

Matters Beyond the Parties Control

The due performance or alteration of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by either party owing to any causes beyond their reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

Sheila Constable Photography cannot be held liable under this contract where the client is unhappy with the composition of any photographs and in the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by Sheila Constable Photography liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Sheila Constable Photography shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss

Data Protection

Your personal information will only be used to contact you regarding your enquiry or booking. No information will be passed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Cancellation

The Client may cancel this contract at any time by sending a written notice to Sheila Constable Photography but shall forfeit any monies paid. In the event of cancellation by the Client Sheila Constable Photography shall charge a reasonable sum to cover their net costs and loss of profit.  This fee would be returned in full should another client subsequently re book the date.

Digital Files

Digital files purchased by the Client are for their personal use only and may not be sold or reproduced commercially without written consent from Sheila Constable Photography. No liability can be held for loss or damage to digital files after safe delivery to the Client.

Complaints

In the unlikely event of a complaint the Client shall notify Sheila Constable Photography in writing within 21 days of receipt of the final images.
